Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the hotel rooms by 10.00 a.m. so that we can start the cleaning work. We will be happy to store your luggage at reception until your departure.

A pharmacy is located in the village center: Arlberg Apotheke, Im Gries 22, Tel: 05446/20610

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception.

Finish off your day's skiing in our cozy lounge with a drink from our menu and a good book from our library. Or simply relax by the fireplace. We are here for you until 20.00.

You can withdraw money with your EC card in the village center and at the Nassereinbahn cable car. To change money, you will find a Volksbank in the village, which is open Monday to Friday.

Post your stamped mail at the reception desk. Mail is posted daily.

Additional blankets and pillows are available on request at reception until 20:00.

In the village center there are many stores for every taste. You will find a Spar supermarket before the pedestrian zone on the left-hand side, cosmetics are available at BIPA at the end of the village center.

Our breakfast buffet ensures a good start to the day, daily from 7:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Our hotel does not have a separate luggage room. We are happy to help you store your luggage on the day of arrival and departure.

The main entrance is locked from 21:00. After that, you can open the front door at any time using the code you will be given on arrival and your room key card.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

All our rooms and public areas have free Wi-Fi.

During your stay, a free parking lot is available directly at the hotel. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability for damage caused by third parties.

There is an ashtray in front of the entrance door.

Please observe the smoking ban in the entire hotel area and in the rooms. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vapes.

We are happy to help you with restaurant recommendations and table reservations.

The reception is open daily from 7:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 to 21:00. You can reach us from your room on telephone number 9. We will of course be happy to help you with any requests and concerns.

We would like to offer our guests a relaxing vacation. Therefore, we ask you to respect the night's rest.

Our sauna area with sauna and sanarium is open daily in winter except Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00. In summer, the sauna is open on request between 16:00 and 20:00.

If you would like a cab or shuttle service to Zurich, Munich or Innsbruck airport, please let reception know - we will take care of it.

The Nassereinbahn cable car is just 150 meters from the hotel. From there you can reach the entire ski area. Piste maps are available at reception.

A ski boot dryer is available for you in the ski cellar. Please note that it is not permitted to take skis and ski boots into the rooms. You can access the ski cellar via the outside staircase using the code you will be given at reception on arrival.

All ski stores and the ski school are located at the valley station of the Nassereinbahn. Information and prices are available at reception.

You will find a direct dial telephone in all hotel rooms. You can make long-distance calls directly from your room. Dial 0 for an outside line. You can reach reception by dialing 9 and for all other rooms, simply dial the room number.

Our superior rooms and junior suites are equipped with safes.

We kindly ask other guests to leave their valuables at the reception desk, as otherwise no liability can be accepted. The hotel safe is available free of charge.

To avoid waiting times at reception, we recommend that you settle your bill on the evening before your departure. We accept EC cards, Mastercard, and VISA for payment.

Please note that package deals can only be paid for in cash.
