Living just 150 meters from the Nassereinbahn has the advantage that you can be the first to set off into the ski area and carve down untracked slopes. And when you come back after skiing fun, sunbathing and après-ski, simply unload your equipment in the ski room and let the ski boot dryer warm your boots for the next day's skiing.
