Check-In, Check-Out
On the day of arrival we guarantee room availabilty from 2.00 p.m. On the day of departure we kindly ask to release the room until 10.00 a.m.
Cancellation Conditions
For reservations for the winter season the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Free of charge up to 2 months before the day of arrival
- 2 to 1 month before the day of arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
- 1 week up to the day of arrival and in case of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged
(except early departures due to travel warnings or closures due to Covid19 - in this case no cancellation costs will accur)
For reservations for the summer season the following cancellation conditions apply:
- 1 week before arrival free of charge
- 1 week up to the day of arrival and in the event of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged

Insurance
For your safety we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Deposit
In order to guarantee the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount 2 month before arrival.
If an arrival is not possible due to travel warnings or official closures by Covid19, you will of course receive the deposit back.
