Arrival
The room is available from 2.00 pm on arrival day.
Babybed
Is available for free on request. Please ask at the reception until 8.00 p.m.
Bank
In the center and at the Nassereinbahn you have the opportunity to withdraw money at any time. (Cash machine) To change money, you find a „Volksbank“ in the middle of the village center which is opened from Monday – Friday from 08.30 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 16.30.
Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day, from 7.30 - 10.00 am. For our early risers we are happy to prepare a thermal breakfast in the room.
Children
A children's playground is available on the well.com mile beside the well.com Centre and the children's ski school is based at the Nassereinbahn.
Cover and Pillow
Extra blankets and/or pillows are available on request at the reception until 8.00 pm.
Departure
On departure day we kindly ask you to empty the hotel room by 10.00 am that we can start the cleaning work. We are happy to keep your luggage at the reception until your departure.
Doctor
If you need a doctor, please register the front desk.
Fax
At the reception you have the possibility to send (with charge) or receive faxes. Our fax number is 0043-5446-221121.
Flowers
We are happy to order flower arrangements for you.
Please contact the reception regarding your ideas.
Hairdresser
We are happy to make an appointment at one of the local hairdressers.
Internet
All our rooms and public areas are equipped with wireless Lan. This service is free of charge.
Left luggage
Our hotel has no separate luggage compartment. We will gladly assist you in keeping your luggage at the day of your arrival/departure.
Lounge
Round off your day of skiing in our comfortable lounge with a drink from our menu and a good book from our library. Or just relax at our open fire. We are here for you until 9.00 pm.
Mailbox
You can leave your prepaid post cards at the reception. The post is sent daily.
Main entrance
The main entrance is locked from 9.00 pm. Afterwards you can open the front door
with the code that will be provided at your arrival.
Parking
We provide free parking for the duration of your stay.
The hotel is not liable for damage caused by third parties.
Payment arrangements
In order to avoid waiting time at the reception, we recommend to settle the bill on the evening before your departure. For settlement we accept EC, Mastercard and VISA. Please note, that packages can be settled in cash only.
Pets
Thank you for your understanding that it is not possible to accommodate pets in our hotel.
Pharmacy

Reception
The reception is opened from 7.00 am - 1.00 pm and from 4.00 - 9.00 pm. From your room you can reach us on the phone number „9“. We are happy to assist you with any wishes and concerns.
Rest and Recreation
We wish our guests to have a relaxing holiday time.
Therefore we kindly ask you to observe the sleeping time. Thank you for your understanding.
Restaurants
A list of all restaurants can be found in the enclosed Revue. We are glad to assist you with restaurant recommendations and dinner reservations.
Room cleaning service
The rooms are cleaned daily between 8.00 am and 12.30 pm.
Room keys
Please do not forget to return the room cards on the day of departure..

Tips and information for tours and sports activities are available at the front desk.
Sauna
Our sauna/sanarium is opened in winter daily from 4.00 – 8.00 pm, except Saturday. In summer the sauna is opened on request between 4.00 and 8.00 pm.
Shopping
The village center offers plenty of shops to suite all tastes. A Super Market you will find in front of the pedestrian area on the left side, cosmetics you get at BIPA shop at the end of the town center.
Shuttle Service
We can book a shuttle service to the airport Munich, Zürich or Innsbruck. Please register at the Front desk if needed.
Ski and Skiboots
In the skiroom a skiboot dryer is ready for you.
Kindly note that it is not allowed to take your skis and skiboots into the room. The skiroom is accessible by the outside stairs with a code.
From 9.00 pm the outside entrance to the skiroom is locked for security reasons.
Skiing area
To „Nassereinbahn“ it is only 200m. From there you can reach the entire skiing area. Piste maps are available at the reception.
Ski rental and Skischool
All the ski shops and the ski school are located at the base station of „Nassereinbahn“. Information and prices are available at the reception.
Smoking
Please note the smoking ban throughout the hotel and in the rooms. In case of non-observance we charge EUR 100.00 for the extra cleaning. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Next to the front door you find an ashtray.
Taxi
The reception will be pleased to order a taxi.
Telephone
All our rooms are equipped with a direct-dial telephone. You can make long-distance calls from your room. Dial the 0 to get an outside line.

Valuables
Our Superior rooms and Junior suites are equipped with safes. The description can be found next to the safe. The other guests we ask to leave valuables at the reception, otherwise the hotel assumes no liability. The hotel safe is available free of charge.
